Something to Do
I'm sitting in a coffee shop in Denver. It's 10:38 pm and I don't have much to do, so I figured I'd write a bit. My roommate is studying for the Series 7 and I was going to study for the GMAT, which I've decided to take while I have some downtime, but I forgot my calculator. So, I've been uploading pictures and reading newspapers online. I'm not really big into the whole coffee shop scene, I mean they're ok, but it feels like a see and be seen scene. I'm sure there are some nice people here, sorry I should probably say nice intellectuals. I saw some people eating some apple pie earlier that looked pretty damn good, but I'm trying to conserve money, so I just brought my own water. This coffee shop is not the most comfortable coffee shop I've ever been to, a definite dearth of couches. I found one downstairs, then got booted because there was some film club meeting about to take place. A girl came down and asked who the coffee shop people were, I think it was pretty obvious b/c my buddy and I were really the only ones with a computer/books and not dressed like pirates or in extremely tight jeans or being theatrical. Anyways, we came upstairs, it's colder up here, and that's about it. The epitome of this entry just walked in. Massive beard and huge circular glasses. Well, that's my analysis of this place. I'll probably come back.
